Federica Brignone has one of the best techniques of her generation, which allows her to perform in every discipline!

Federica is an Italian alpine skier, daughter of the alpine ski champion Maria Rosa Quario. Born in Milan on 14 July (France’s national day), she used to believe the fireworks on that day were in her honour!

She was born on skis and the sport has always been part of her life, especially since she moved to the Aosta valley at the age of 6. Here, she joined the Courmayeur ski club and rose rapidly to the top.

She has always dreamed of becoming a multi-discipline skier and her dream has now become reality: she had an extraordinary and unique 2019-2020 season. She became the first Italian woman to win the overall World Cup title. She completes her collection during the 2021-2022 season by winning the small globe of the Super G during the finals in Courchevel Meribel.

A medal-winner at the Olympic Games and the World Championships, she is an all-round athlete, capable of winning in 3 disciplines. We can’t wait to see her at the 2023 Worlds!

As a passionate lover of snowsports, she always carries a pair of powder skis in her bag and is also a talented surfer, a sport she regularly enjoys during her holidays.
