Matthieu Bailet, great hope of French alpine skiing

Matthieu Bailet, surrounded by a sister who is also a former alpine skier, began his career in 2011 at the age of 15. He is the world junior champion in super-G in 2016 in Sochi. Maxence obtained the first podium of his career in the World Cup by placing 2nd in the Super-G in Saalbach on March 7, 2021.

In 2016, he became French Super-G Champion and in 2021, he was crowned French Downhill Champion.

He finished in sixth place in the World Cup finals in Courchevel Meribel 2022, his return to the Eclipse track is eagerly awaited for the 2023 World Championships!
