The men’s giant slalom will be the main event of the day on l’Eclipse in Courchevel. The Giant Slalom will start at 10:00am
THE SPECTATOR VILLAGE IN COURCHEVEL
This is located at the entrance to Le Praz site and here you can make the most of the Championships thanks to the numerous entertainments on offer. It opens at 8:30am and closes at 5:30pm. (The Spectator Village in Méribel is closed today.)
Throughout the day in the Courchevel village, you will find street entertainers (street theatre, stilt walkers, street performers), music (batacuda, folk groups, street bands) as well as specially designed entertainments.
You can enjoy a drink or meal in the catering area within the village.
Details of today’s entertainment:
– From 8:30am to 9:30am: a gentle wake-up call: Compagnie Yack (spectacle cabaret & danse)
– From 12:30pm to 2:00pm: live music in the catering tent by MAKA$H WALOO (pop, rock)
– Immersive experience and presentation of connected paintings by ArtDesignStory Paris
The stands in the village :

Test CEA’s new smart skis and discover their other innovations on their stand.
Amongst the stands, you will discover one dedicated to sustainability, with educational workshops and presentations by environmental associations : POW and PNV.
The following Official Partners of Courchevel Méribel 2023 will represented by stands in the spectator village: Longines, La Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes, Bonneval Waters, l’AFTAlp and STEF, La Région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and l’agence Savoie Mont Blanc, plus seven ski brands : Atomic, Bollé Brands, Dynastar, Head, Kästle, Rossignol and Salomon, and Courchevel Tourist Office.

APRÈS-SKI MUSIC
From 4:30pm, enjoy live music from Danakil and a drink at the public bar close to the stage.
MEDAL CEREMONY
At 6:30pm : the men’s giant slalom medal ceremony
At 7:15pm : bib draw for the women’s Slalom
The presentation of the medals and the bib draw will be broadcast live in Courchevel 1850 at the forum.

Photo exhibition: Courchevel s’affiche and Exhibitions on the early days of skiing and winter sports in the valley (Espace Arolles)
At 3:00pm : Conference “Savoie gourmande” at the Maison du tourisme – Projection animated by a guide of the Country of art and history of the High valleys of Savoy, with the FACIM Foundation.
BRIDES-LES-BAINS
Every day from 5:30pm to 11:00pm, you can find an ephemeral village in the heart of Brides-les-Bains thermal park! Programme: concerts, entertainment and Savoyard tastings.
