The women’s Super G will be the main event of the day on the Roc de Fer in Méribel. The Super G will start at 11:30am.
THE SPECTATOR VILLAGE IN MÉRIBEL
This is located at the entrance to the Chaudanne site and here you can make the most of the Championships thanks to the numerous entertainments on offer. It opens at 8:30am and closes at 4:30pm. (The Spectator Village in Courchevel is closed today.)
Throughout the day in the Méribel village, you will find street entertainers (street theatre, stilt walkers, performers), music (batacuda, folk groups, street bands) as well as specially designed entertainments.
You can enjoy a drink or meal in the catering area within the village.
Details of today’s entertainment:
– From 8:30am to 9:30am: a gentle wake-up call: Two of us (acoustic recoveries)
– From 12:30pm to 2:00pm: live music in the catering tent by Jean-Robert Chappelet/François Louwagie & the Bluegrass Men (French & Savoyard songs)
The stands in the village :
Amongst the stands, you will discover one dedicated to sustainability, with educational workshops and presentations by environmental associations : ONF and Water Family.
The following Official Partners of Courchevel Méribel 2023 will represented by stands in the spectator village: La Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes, Bonnneval Waters, l’AFTAlp et STEF, la Région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, l’Agence Savoie Mont Blanc, plus seven ski brands: Atomic, Bollé Brands, Dynastar, Head, Kästle, Rossignol and Salomon, and Méribel Tourist Office.
